About 2016 Organizers
All the three organizers (ISEC, Agile Vietnam, and Agile Singapore) are the Asian agile communities who have already organized many flagship conferences in the past.
ISEC – India Scrum Enthusiasts Community
ISEC is the largest Scrum practitioners’ community in India. ISEC was formed with a vision to create a platform for the Agile enthusiasts to come together and exchange their experience. ISEC evangelizes itself to be a facilitating platform which innovates and fosters lightweight methodologies in software development in India. ISEC was established in February 2010 with the aim of providing a common platform to Scrum and Agile community crosswise India to connect, learn and network together. ISEC organizes conferences, webinars, guest lectures, and open spaces at many locations in India and abroad, to bring the Agile community together.
With a fortitude to serve the Agile community in India, we like to do this at a reasonable cost for all and make sure we not only have national thought leaders but also global experts to share their views with you. Agile Vietnam is the first non-profit agile organization in Vietnam devoted to promote agile development practices and principles. The Primary Team is formed by active Agilist who exchange views of agile philosophy. A self-organized and team motivated platform which can be used to:
- Support Agile in Vietnam.
- Establish a monthly event to collect Agiler
- Offer a platform for sharing experiences with each other.
- Offer a platform by which “Agilers” can organize their own events.
- Provide a platform where new Agile user groups, such as the Scrum Alliance, can be brought together for more shared experience.
- First contact for skilled “Agilers”, if they want to deliver more information, training or organize other Agile associated events in Vietnam.
- Run a platform for Agile but also to find contacts to support with agile solutions and ideas.
- Rohit Arora
Rohit is Agile & Scrum Coach, Trainer, and Developer with 13+ years of hands-on software development experience. He is an Accredited Kanban trainer and I specialize in coaching teams using Scrum, XP and Lean development practices & techniques. He runs Agile community meetups in Singapore and was also the organizer for first ever Agile Tour Singapore 2015.

Amol is an Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach, Evangelist, and Lead Trainer and an IT professional with global leadership experience of managing development, testing, configuration management, infrastructure management and support teams of 110+ functional team remit across 6 global regions – Singapore, London, Prague, Poland, India and New York.

Rajesh is an Agile professional, Management 3.0 Facilitator, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Developer and an Oracle Certified Professional for Java with MBA in Information System Management and a Master Degress in Psychology
